President Bush in the Oval Office

From the transcript of Tim Russert's interview with President Bush on Meet the Press, Feb. 8, 2004:

"...I'm a war president. I make decisions here in the Oval Office in foreign policy matters with war on my mind... "

"...It's important for people to understand the context in which I made a decision here in the Oval Office..."
